Q. Where does Adoorn ship?
We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
Great news! Adoorn offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Q. When will my shipment arrive?
Adoorn offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Unless noted otherwise, shipment times are typically 2–7 business days based on the distance to your destination. If an order is placed before 3:30 PM Eastern Time, it will be picked up for same day shipment. If an order is placed after 3:30 PM Eastern Time, then the order will ship the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Q. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes! We can ship standard to a PO BOX.
Q. Do you ship to other countries?
Not yet, but we're working on it! Stay tuned.
Q. Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order after it has been processed?
Please email us at hello@adoorn.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly (usually within a few hours), but we’ll do our best to process your request.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
You can view your order status on your account page, which will be updated when your order ships.
Q. I didn’t receive my order confirmation email.
Upon successfully completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from Adoorn. If you did not receive this order confirmation, a few things may have happened. Please check your spam email folder. If you created an account, please check to make sure your email address was entered correctly. Check your credit card to see if you have been charged by Adoorn or have a payment pending. You can also email us at hello@adoorn.com with your name, ship to address and what you ordered so we can check our system as soon as possible.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay! Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Q. What can I do if my payment is declined?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:
Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Is your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at hello@adoorn.com. We’re happy to help!
Returns & Warranty
Q. What is the Return policy?
We want you to love your adoorn mail & package box as much as we do. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery of your product, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging, shipped back to us and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria outlined below. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
RETURN POLICY ELIGIBILITY DETAILS
You may return your adoorn order for any reason, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following criteria are met:

The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging (boxes, cardboard, foam, etc).
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@adoorn.com for a return authorization number. Once approved, a return authorization number will be issued with directions on how to return.
Items must be shipped cost pre-paid by customer back to adoorn. A copy of the packing slip or original receipt must accompany all returns. We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not have a return authorization number or are not accompanied by packing slip or original receipt. Additionally, we charge a 10% restocking fee to offset processing and handling costs on all returns.
If a return does not meet any or all of these criteria, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund on a case by case basis.
Adoorn does not offer returns on Adoorn products purchased outside of adoorn.com. For products purchased from an authorized retailer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
EXCHANGE POLICY ELIGIBILITY DETAILS
You may exchange your adoorn order for any reason, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following criteria are met:

Once an item is received by us for an exchange, we will issue a full refund for the item that has been returned to us minus a 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be fully credited back to the customer once a replacement order for a new item is placed. The new order can either be placed directly on our website, or we can issue an invoice to pay against. NOTE: No restocking fee will be deducted if a replacement order is placed prior to us receiving back the returned item.
If an exchange does not meet any or all of these criteria, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund on a case by case basis.

Q. I received the wrong product. How can I return it?
Please email us at hello@adoorn.com with your order number, a picture of the incorrect item(s) you received and packing slip. We will get back to you ASAP!
Q. What is the Warranty policy?
For product purchased on adoorn.com, Adoorn LLC warrants that the products sold to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to be in perfect working order at the time of purchase. If any part(s) is damaged or defective at time of receipt, Adoorn will replace that specific part(s).
Adoorn offers a free Limited Lifetime Warranty on Adoorn products with proof of purchase to the original owner. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and any failure of moving parts under normal use. If the product should become defective for these reasons during your ownership, Adoorn will replace the product once it is returned to Adoorn.
This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any damage caused by modification, accident, abuse or misuse of the product. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to the below:
--Vandalism, abuse/neglect, or use of the mailbox or package box for unintended purposes;
--Surface rust, fading, corrosion or exposure to the outdoors or environmental pollution, including salt air, road salt and sprinklers;
--Damage to the paint that could lead to surface rust damage (e.g., stone chips, scratches, installation errors or improper chemicals being applied to the paint);
--Acts of nature, improper use, faulty installation, or alteration or modification to the products that could be reasonably expected to affect the performance of the structural and finish components;
--Use of the products with other items that are not compatible with, or adversely affect, the products; and/or
--Lost keys.
We will evaluate each Warranty claim on a case by case basis, so please contact us at hello@adoorn.com if you have any questions or concerns about your Adoorn product.
There are no other warranties other than those expressly set forth within.

Q. How can I help my delivery drivers know where to deliver?

Q. Can someone steal my Adoorn mail or package box?
Your Adoorn mail or package box is a heavy and large object making it difficult to pick up and carry on its own. Additionally, all Adoorn mailboxes come with mounting hardware. Our package boxes are able to be mounted to the ground (anchoring kit not included) which can help prevent them from being taken.
Q. Can I anchor into wood or concrete?
Yes, anchoring into wood and/or concrete through the four feet at the bottom of the Adoorn. Please click here to access the instructions where details for both wood and concrete installation are shown in detail.
Q. I lost my keys. How do I request replacements?
First, locate and record the (3-4) digit number from the key slot on your Adoorn mail or package box. Then, email us at hello@adoorn.com to order replacement keys matching your specific Adoorn. Keys cost $11.99 each.
Q. Will keys from other Adoorn locks fit my Adoorn lock?
There are multiple Adoorn key configurations to provide additional security and peace of mind.
Q. Is my Adoorn watertight?
The Adoorn has been field tested and rated weather resistant. It includes weather stripping around all openings to prevent water from entering the box.
Q. Can I make modifications to my Adoorn?
No, it is not recommended to modify the Adoorn in any way as changes to the product have not been tested for safety, durability or performance. Additionally, any warranty is voided once any modifications are made.
Q. How do I wash my Adoorn?
Wash with soap & water.

Affirm Installments Payment
Q. What is Affirm?
Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit-payment products. Affirm offers instant loan decisioning for online purchases to be paid in fixed monthly installments.
Q. Will using Affirm affect my credit score?
Affirm does a “soft” credit check, which verifies the customer's identity but does not affect a customer’s credit score. Affirm's underwriting model does not use a hard credit check. There is no effect on a consumer's credit score when one applies for an Affirm loan.
Q. Is there an annual fee?
There is NO annual fee to use Affirm.
Q. How can I return Affirm orders?
Please check our return policy. If the order is returned, you will be credited by Affirm through your original method of payment.
